Salon Policies

Please arrive on time to ensure you recieve your full Elle Experience. If you are running late, please call and we will do everything we can to accomidate you. If you are excessively late, we may have to reschedule your appointment. In consideration of our other guests, a 24 hour notice will be appreciated if you need to cancel your appointment. Elle accepts payments by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and cash. Elle does allow gratuities to be added to credit or debit transactions. Service Guarantee: If you are unhappy with any type of service, we will remedy it within 7 days from your appointment. No refunds will be offered on any services provided. Product Guarantee: If you are unhappy with any product we offer we will gladly exchange it for a replacement product. No refunds will be offered on any product purchased.

Gift Card Policies

Elle gift cards can be used toward any service or for the purchase of our exclusive products. If a purchase exceeds the balance of the gift card the redeemer is responsible for paying the difference at time of purchase. For security purposes a recipient may be required to show valid ID before he or she can use the gift card. Elle gift cards are not transferable, may not be returned, may not be redeemed for cash, or used to purchase other Elle gift cards. Elle Hair Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. Gift cards are valid for 12 months after issue date. Elle gift cards can be purchased online or at Elle Hair Spa.

Privacy Policy

Our Commitment to You: Elle Hair Spa is dedicated to establishing trust with you, our customer, and to protecting your privacy. All personal identifying information collected by us will be used for the sole purpose of maintaining our relationship with you. We will not sell or offer your information to any other third party.
